Dylan Zuccherino

Global talent lead, analyst @ ICP

“Talent is so much more than profiles. They’re people, beautiful people”

Coming in as a new resident of The Netherlands has allowed Dylan to have a fresh perspective and deliver new insights into the typical conceptions that are projected on global talent, like himself. Dylan has live chats with the talent in The Hague talent pools, expressing our appreciation for being interested in our city, for seeing us as a potential next step in hugely interesting career paths. Warm handling 2.0 building on the American customer friendliness, Italian flair and some Nordic realism!

Dylan was born in Italy; however, he has lived in the United States for the past 20 years. He recently graduated with honors from Columbia University in the city of New York, where he studied International Relations. Prior to his studies, he served in the U.S Marine Corps for just over six years where he acted as a liaison for foreign militaries working across three different continents. Continuing his tradition of working across multiple regions, throughout his studies he has taken the chance to live in between Italy and the U.S. while traveling to over 40 countries. In addition, he used his passion and extensive knowledge in leading group exercise classes as a way to help colleagues and fellow students in achieving fitness and health goals. Dylan is using his wide-ranging and versatile knowledge and skills as global talent lead and analyst on the ICP team.
